Injury/Exposure and Hazard/Near-miss Reporting

The ANU is required to report personal injury details to Comcare within 24 hours of the event. A web-based OHS Incident Notification system (http://www.anu.edu.au/hr/ohs/policies/reporting.html) has been implemented to replace the previous paper-based system. Any notifications submitted via the old system will continue to be processed.
